Judith Glashen is the founder of JayCee Consultancy. She is an award-winning transformational Thought Leader and Inclusion Strategist specialising in the field of Organisational Development, Culture, Diversity and Inclusion.
An award winner in the field of Inclusivity, Judith possesses a wealth and breadth of personal and professional lived experience spanning several decades as a Policy Developer, Strategic Implementer, Quality Assurance and Governance Analyst, Associate Non-Executive Director, Registered Nurse, Senior HR Practitioner and Equality & Inclusion Specialist.
Holding a number of Education, Clinical, Quality, Assurance and Equality portfolios has equipped Judith with the insights to reliably impact Organizational Culture, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. Judith’s strategies are successfully shifting organizational culture, improving employee engagement, creating talent pipelines and directly addressing under-representation.
