It is a privilege to write a testimony for Judith Glashen. Judith has supported shaping and delivering on some high quality strategic projects. One recent project focusing on succession planning from the top-down approach. Judith’s experience and an organisation-wide approach to equality, diversity, and inclusion showcases her unique approach and strategic management skills. She delivers this through a strategic implementation perspective with clarity enabling me to grasp how the culture of the organisation is intrinsically linked to development, performance and outcomes to improve our people factors and experiences.

Judith’s coaching approach allowed me to see and deliver my role in ensuring the organisation is able to demonstrate its commitment to embedding equality, diversity and inclusion within the organisation’s service delivery and in empowering our senior leadership with the tools to effectively drive the EDI agenda with accountability.

Judith has a one of a kind, unique and wonderful approach to strategy, leadership, EDI and culture. I honestly feel that Judith’s perspective and blend of skills and expertise represents the future of leadership, as she has a rare ability to work at a top level and always keep the service user, staff member, patient or end user absolutely central to whatever strategy that she is leading. Not only can she take a holistic view of a complex situation, her specialist and in-depth knowledge allows an ability to consider the intricacies that impact on outcomes. Judith brings a calming, sturdy, articulate quality, fused with energetic passion that is rooted in her genuine and authentic desire to bring about real positive and tangible change, to make organisations inclusive and fit for the purpose that they stand to serve.
